Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you install EmbedCI on GitHub, we collect your GitHub installation ID and the names of the repositories you grant access to. For each CI run we record the commit SHA and branch name that triggered the build, together with the resulting build logs. If you sign up for the waitlist we collect your email address.

What we do not collect

We do not store your source code or compiled firmware. Your repository is cloned temporarily at the start of each CI run and deleted from our servers as soon as the run completes. We never retain your firmware binaries.

How we use it

We use the data we collect to run your CI jobs and post check runs back to GitHub, to track build usage for billing purposes, and to contact waitlist signups when early access becomes available.

Third parties

EmbedCI relies on the following third-party services:

• GitHub — receives webhooks from your repositories and receives check run results from us via the GitHub Checks API.
• Formspree — processes waitlist email submissions.
• DigitalOcean — hosts the EmbedCI CI runner and build infrastructure.
• Vercel — hosts this landing page.

Data retention

Build logs are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Waitlist email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
